People of my nature will feel me on this one.
This whole black lives matter movement gets me to question whether they like me for me or if they like me because it's the thing to do.
Even before that I have always felt like people had to be "into my type"
without reading into who I really am.
A constant struggle I have faced my entire life. Do you like me or did you see someone who looks like me and you think I am going to be that? Am I your "preference" or do I meet your "not black" at the door?
